Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association (HHSVA)

The Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association (HHSVA) touches the lives of patients each and every day. Through the operation of over 30 shops and services across Hamilton Health Sciences, the HHSVA makes a significant financial contribution that in turn helps fund patient care needs; specifically, the purchase of equipment such as ultrasound machines, ventilators for the intensive care units and patient beds.

Our hospitals are very fortunate to have more than 1,000 volunteers who give selflessly of their time. The HHSVA’s contributions are made quietly through the day-to-day functioning of our hospitals, but their importance to patient care is undeniable.

On behalf of our patients and staff, we thank the HHSVA for their contribution to the Cornerstone of Care Campaign. Their commitment will continue to make a positive difference throughout Hamilton Health Sciences, and their success is directly reflected in the experience of our patients.
