RBC Foundation

Hamilton Health Sciences is the central south Ontario region's only provider of specialized mental health services for children (up to age 18) from Hamilton, Brant, Burlington, Haldimand and Niagara.

As part of the Cornerstone of Care Campaign for the redevelopment of Hamilton Health Sciences, the new RBC Children's Mental Health Unit will provide 22 inpatient beds for the diagnosis and treatment of children with complex emotional health issues.

Thanks to RBC Foundation's generous support, McMaster Children's Hospital will be able to offer mental health inpatient care, day treatment and community outreach so that we can continue caring for our future… one child at a time.

RBC is committed to health and wellness, with an emphasis on supporting research and programs that improve community services and enhance quality of life. RBC Foundation donated nearly $9 million to health care causes in 2005.
